Who Coaching Is For:
Individual coaching is designed for people at different stages of their professional lives, including:
Executive leaders, Executive Directors, and CEOs
Managers and supervisors
New and emerging leaders
Employees preparing for greater leadership responsibility
People new to the workforce who want to build strong interpersonal skills early in their careers
You don't need to be struggling to benefit from coaching. Coaching can help you address a current challenge, prepare for greater responsibility, or become more intentional about how you lead before problems emerge.
What You Receive:
Each session includes:
One-hour individualized coaching session
Dedicated time focused on your goals and the real situations you're navigating right now.
Practical tools and resources
Frameworks, questions, exercises, and strategies selected for what you're working on—not a generic coaching curriculum.
Written session summary
A concise recap of important insights, decisions, tools, and takeaways from our conversation.
Between-session practice
Specific opportunities to experiment with what you're learning in your actual work so development continues between coaching conversations.
Progress reflection
We'll return to your goals throughout the engagement to notice what's changing, where you're getting stuck, and what deserves our attention next.
Become more intentional in how you lead, communicate, and show up.
Spark Alignment coaching provides a dedicated space to slow down, reflect, practice, and intentionally develop the interpersonal skills that are difficult to build while you're in the middle of doing the work.
Your coaching is built around you—your goals, your relationships, your challenges, and the leader you want to become. There is no predetermined curriculum. While I come prepared with a lesson plan related to your goals, I start each session asking you to define the best outcome:
“At the end of today's hour, what would make you feel like this was time well spent?”
What We Can Work On:
Your goals determine our work together. Coaching may focus on:
Conflict & Difficult Conversations
Prepare for challenging conversations, work through interpersonal friction, and learn to stay grounded when tension rises.
Management & People Leadership
Develop your approach to delegation, accountability, feedback, boundaries, trust, and supporting the people you lead.
Leadership Confidence & Presence
Develop a leadership style that feels grounded and authentic rather than performative or reactive.
Role Clarity & Sustainable Leadership
Clarify what belongs to you, what can be shared, where you may be over functioning, and how to lead without carrying everything yourself.
Organizational Systems & Capacity Building
Leadership challenges aren't always individual problems. Sometimes the structure needs to change. We can examine the systems around you and design practical ways to distribute responsibility, increase engagement, and build organizational capacity. This might include strengthening board engagement, clarifying board and staff roles, developing effective 1:1 structures, redesigning staff or board meetings, improving accountability systems, or creating better ways for people to participate in the work.
